Terms of Service

1. Overview

Ahead of the Odds (the "Service") is a subscription publication of edge-producing signals across sports, crypto, and prediction markets. These Terms govern access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or initiating a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

The Service publishes signal performance data and pick rationale across multiple streams (Sports, Predictions, Crypto Long, Crypto Short, Stocks Long, Stocks Short). Subscribers access the data through tier-gated dashboards. Tier definitions and current pricing are listed at /pricing.

3. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation can be initiated at any time from the member dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

Within the first seven (7) days of a new paid subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting the operator. After seven days, refunds are not offered for already-billed periods.

5. Disclaimers

Signal performance data is informational and reflects historical results. It is not financial, investment, or wagering advice. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for any trading, betting, or capital allocation decisions you make based on Service content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Aggregate liability is capped at the total subscription fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Acceptable use and termination

You agree not to redistribute, scrape, or resell Service content without written permission. The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

The operator may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
