1. Overview

Ahead of the Odds (the "Service") collects only the personal information necessary to operate the subscription, deliver the Service, and meet legal obligations. This policy describes what is collected, how it is used, and your rights with respect to your data.

2. Information collected

• Email address — for account login, subscription management, and transactional email.
• Billing details — payment information is collected and stored by Stripe; the Service does not store card numbers.
• Access logs — basic request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

3. How information is used

• Account access and authentication via Cloudflare Access.
• Subscription billing and refund processing via Stripe.
• Service email (digest delivery, account notifications) via Gmail / Google Workspace.
• Security monitoring and abuse prevention.

4. Sub-processors

The Service relies on the following sub-processors:

• Cloudflare (hosting, access control, DDoS protection, edge logs)
• Stripe (payment processing, subscription management)
• Google Workspace (transactional email)

5. Cookies and analytics

The Service uses session cookies set by Cloudflare Access for authenticated areas. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

6. Data retention

Subscription and billing records are retained for the duration of your account plus any period required for legal or accounting purposes. Access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security review.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting the operator. Where applicable (GDPR, CCPA), you may also object to or restrict processing.

8. Security

The Service uses industry-standard practices including TLS for data in transit, access control via Cloudflare, and least-privilege handling of subscription data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; the operator cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a minor has registered for the Service, contact the operator and the account will be removed.

10. Changes to this policy

Updates to this Privacy Policy will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
